Sonho Lusitanos

Sonho Lusitano Farm is located in Kewanee, Illinois. We are breeders of purebred Lusitano horses and Estrela Mountain Dogs, which are dogs native to Portugal.

Our farm is on 30 acres in west central Illinois, about 50 miles from the Mississippi River, near Moline and about 2 hours southwest of Chicago. Also, 3 hours northeast of St. Louis.

We represent a variety of breeders in Portugal and Brazil. These breeders have horses from all four basic lines of the breed: Veiga, Andrade, Coudelaria Nacional & Alter-Real.
